How it works

  1. Pick a test for the role, or have us write one. Each is a realistic task inside a made-up company, with problems planted in the material.
  2. Send candidates one link. They start when they’re ready, and their workspace is up in about 20 seconds.
  3. They work with Claude for about 20 minutes and submit an answer.
  4. You get a level with the reasons, the moments worth watching, and a full replay. Someone on your team confirms or changes the level.

What the level measures

How they set Claude up, what they hand off, and whether they make sure it’s right, whether they check the files themselves or have Claude check its own work. Notices, consent, and record-keeping are set for the place each candidate is in.

applyapply: hiring a founding growth lead

applyapply finds matching roles for job seekers and writes tailored applications. It’s hiring its first growth lead, and the job is mostly AI-assisted work: finding channels, reading funnel data, and writing.

Candidates get one link from the job post. They take a 20-minute growth test: a made-up interview-practice app, $3,000, and one engineer-week to spend. The data includes a channel that looks cheapest but keeps almost no one, a viral number computed the wrong way, and a partnership note that’s out of date. The founder will review each level and replay before deciding who to talk to.

A company you applied to uses SHOWCASE for its work test. Their name and logo are on the test page.

  1. Open the link and enter your name, email, and where you are.
  2. Read the task and choose how to work with Claude, an AI assistant. The timer starts when you press Start.
  3. Do the task, usually in about 20 minutes. Using Claude is expected.
  4. Submit your answer. The company reviews it and decides on next steps.

What’s recorded

Your chats with Claude, the files you make, your answer, and your camera and microphone if the company asks for them. The screen before Start lists all of it.

Who decides

An AI writes up how you worked with Claude. Someone at the company reads it and makes the decision. The AI never analyzes your face, voice, or emotions.

Your data

Used only for this application. Never sold or used to train AI models. Ask us for a copy or to delete it. Privacy policy
