These terms cover your use of SHOWCASE, whether you’re taking a work test or running one. By opening a test link or using SHOWCASE, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

If you’re taking a test

• Using AI is expected. Work with Claude however you normally would. That’s what the test is about.
• Do the work yourself. Take the test on your own, without another person helping. If you use another tool or source, say so in your final notes.
• The company in the task is made up. Nothing you write goes to real customers.
• Keep the test private. Please don’t publish or share the task or its files. Other candidates may be taking the same test.
• Don’t misuse the workspace. Don’t try to break into, overload, or get around the test environment, or use it for anything other than the test.
• Your work. You keep ownership of what you write. You let the hiring company and SHOWCASE use it to review your application. It isn’t used for anything else.

Hiring decisions

The hiring company makes every decision about your application. SHOWCASE doesn’t recommend whether to hire anyone. An AI may draft an assessment of how you worked with AI. A person at the hiring company reviews it and can change it. A test shows one short piece of work and isn’t a full judgment of your skills.

If you’re a hiring company

• You’re responsible for your hiring decisions and for using SHOWCASE lawfully where you hire, including any notices, audits, and record-keeping your local rules require. SHOWCASE provides tools for these, and you decide how to use them.
• A person on your team must review each assessment before it affects a decision.
• Use candidate data only to review their application, and keep your admin login private.

The service

We work to keep SHOWCASE available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. Tests can be interrupted by technical problems. If that happens to you, contact the company you applied to so they can send a new link. To the extent the law allows, SHOWCASE isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using SHOWCASE after a change, the new terms apply.
